Users can export their data in CSV or PDF format and import CSV files from the app or OMRON connect. Reminders and filters are available to help users monitor their blood pressure on a daily basis, and the app's appearance can be customized according to individual preferences. It also offers various blood pressure standards to choose from and backs up all the blood pressure data. It is important to note that this app does not measure blood pressure itself and users still need to have a blood pressure monitor to obtain the measurements. Additionally, the app does not replace professional medical treatment and care, and users should consult with healthcare professionals for proper medical advice and treatment.
