Canon Print Service

Canon Print Service is a software that allows users to print from their Android devices using Canon printers connected to wireless networks. The software supports printing from smartphones and tablets and can print from applications that support Android's printing subsystem. The software offers a range of features, including switching between color and black-and-white printing, 2-sided printing, borderless printing, stapling pages, setting paper types, secure printing, department ID management, PDF direct printing, and printer discovery by specifying IP address. To use the Canon Print Service, users need to activate the service after installation. If using a mobile terminal with Android 6 or earlier installed, users need to activate the service by tapping the icon displayed in the notification area immediately after installation or by tapping [Settings] > [Printing] > [Canon Print Service] and activating the service in the displayed settings screen. If using a mobile terminal with Android 7 or later installed, the service is automatically activated after installation. The Canon Print Service is compatible with a range of Canon printers, including PIXMA, MAXIFY, imagePROGRAF, imageRUNNER ADVANCE, Color imageRUNNER, imageRUNNER, Color imageCLASS, imageCLASS, i-SENSYS, imagePRESS, LBP, Satera, and Laser Shot series printers. The software is compatible with terminals with Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) or later installed.
