Users can simply log in to the app using their same health benefits website username and password, and no sensitive account information is ever stored on their mobile device. Touch ID or Face ID can be used to quickly log in to the mobile app. The app also connects users with the details, allowing them to quickly check available balances 24/7, view claims requiring receipts, and view their statements and notifications. Users can also scan product barcodes to determine their eligibility. The app provides additional time-saving options that are supported or applicable to users' accounts. Users can file a claim towards their FSA and HRA, take or upload a picture of a receipt and submit for a new or existing claim, view, contribute and distribute HSA transactions, pay bills from any account and add a payee, manage their expenses by entering medical expense information and supporting documentation, view and manage their HSA investments, retrieve their forgotten username/password, and report a debit card as lost or stolen.
