Meu SUS Digital

The digital gateway to access services from the Unified Health System (SUS) has undergone a makeover! The former "Conecte SUS" is now Meu SUS Digital. This application allows citizens to track their medical history and access various solutions to take control of their health, all in the palm of their hand. It is a continuous commitment from the Federal Government and the Ministry of Health to improve the user experience and strengthen SUS! With Meu SUS Digital, users can access their interactions with healthcare providers and view their medical records, including exams, vaccines, medications, and more. They can also generate documents and certificates, such as authorization for the withdrawal of feminine hygiene products, Vaccination Certificate, International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (CIVP). Additionally, users can enable or disable their participation in the Farmácia Popular program, track their position in the National Transplant System's waiting list, find nearby healthcare services like dental care and treatment for rare diseases, manage their personal health through the My Health Diary feature, and stay updated with reliable news about health and well-being. To access the application, users only need to have an account on Gov.br. The health records in Meu SUS Digital are the responsibility of state and municipal health managers. The data is collected and sent to the Ministry of Health's database, integrated into the National Health Data Network (RNDS), and automatically made available in the application.
