My Tello

The “My Tello” app is a free application that allows Tello customers to manage their accounts and services. With the app, customers can check their remaining balance, view their bills and usage history, and contact customer service directly. Additionally, customers can use the app to order plans, upgrade or downgrade their existing plan, and recharge their account safely and easily. The app is easy to use and can be run on multiple devices at once. Customers can use the “My Tello” app in the US while connected to the Tello network or over WiFi. When travelling in the US or abroad, customers can call over WiFi using the same balance, allowing them to carry their phone number anywhere in the world and enjoy the same low costs. The app also provides customers with the flexibility to build their own plan starting at $5, the lowest pay-as-you-go rates for international calls and texts, and nationwide coverage. For those who are not yet Tello customers, they can order a phone or bring their own device to Tello.com. As a Tello customer, they will get prepaid service with no contract commitment, pure freedom, and the option to keep their old phone number and cell phone. Additionally, Tello offers 24/7 customer service by email and phone, unlimited 2G data after using LTE data, and data tethering across all devices for free.
