Paycom

The Paycom app is designed for employees who already use Paycom’s HR and payroll technology at work. It provides access to Employee Self-Service features, including personal employee data such as pay stubs, benefits, tax forms, performance reviews, goals, and contact information. The app also offers secure login options, including fingerprint-ID and PIN login. Some Employee Self-Service features may need to be enabled by the organization’s Paycom administrator, and employees can contact their HR/payroll department for any questions about these features. Beti™ is an industry-first feature that allows employees to access, review, manage, and approve their own paychecks before payday. It provides full visibility into paychecks before they are processed, clarity on pay changes, a visual of deductions, expenses, and other allocations, a guided process for paycheck approval, and confidence in the accuracy of the amount. The app also offers accurate timekeeping, allowing employees to punch the web-based time clock or input their hours on the web-based timesheet. They can also submit their time for approval, check their accruals, and request time off for vacation, medical appointments, and other events requiring supervisor approval. The Paycom app offers additional features such as the ability to upload receipts for expense reimbursement, take employer-assigned training courses or learning paths, track business mileage with Mileage Tracker, and complete essential management tasks involving employees with Manager on-the-Go.
