The "Smart Alarm" Free version is a simple and highly functional alarm clock app that is easy to use. It offers a snooze function that allows you to get the alarm again at the specified time, even if the alarm is stopped. The alarm can also be set to repeat every week on specified days. Additionally, the app allows you to use the wallpaper from your device as the background, using the transparency setting. Other features of the app include the ability to exclude public holidays from repeated alarm settings, the option to set your own music from the SD card as the alarm sound, and a gradual increase in volume and vibration strength to prevent sudden loud alarms. You can also customize the size of the alarm stop button and snooze button to avoid accidentally stopping the alarm. Furthermore, the app offers the option to solve a math problem or enter a number to stop the alarm, preventing oversleeping. The free version of the app has some limitations, such as displaying ads and allowing only 10 or fewer alarms to be registered. It is important to note that if the device is not turned on at the time the alarm is set, the alarm will not work. Users are advised to register the app on the exclusion list of any task killer or power-saving apps and avoid force stopping the app on the task manager, as this may cause the alarm to not work. Additionally, if the SD card is not mounted at the alarm time, the alarm will sound the default ringtone instead of the selected music. The app requires certain permissions, such as full internet access and view network state for advertising display, prevent device from sleeping when alerting, control vibrator for the vibration function, automatically start at boot to configure the alarm timer on device boot, modify/delete USB storage contents and modify/delete SD card contents for backup and restore of alarm settings, and modify global system settings to show the next alarm time on the lock screen.
