The Humanity mobile app is a companion tool to the employee scheduling platform of the same name, designed to help employees easily stay connected with their workplace and colleagues. Users can view their shifts in real-time, request shift trades, clock in and out of shifts, track breaks, manage leave requests, and communicate with coworkers through direct chat messages and emails. The app also provides a centralized dashboard for employees to access essential work schedule data and company-wide announcements. One of the key functionalities of the Humanity mobile app is the ShiftPlanning feature, which enables users to stay informed about their work schedules and collaborate with coworkers on shift changes. The Time Clock feature allows employees to clock in and out of shifts, confirm their work location using GPS, and view timesheets conveniently from their mobile devices. Additionally, the Leave feature helps users track their remaining vacation days, request time off, and monitor the status of their leave requests for approval. The Staff section of the app provides a comprehensive list of coworkers, with search options for easy navigation and access to contact details.
