Players must scavenge resources, build infrastructure, fend off zombie invasions, and create their own shelters to survive. In this post-apocalyptic world, hope is hard to come by. With zombies taking over and resources scarce, survival becomes a daily struggle. The doomsday seas are home to even more dangerous infected creatures and colossal mutants that can easily sink boats. Danger lurks at every corner, and players must stay calm and do whatever it takes to survive. During their exploration, players will encounter other survivors. Traveling alone can be lonely and terrifying, but by opening up and making friends, players can create a peaceful shelter together. Building relationships and supporting each other becomes crucial in this half-zombie survival experience. The organization Dawn Break offers a risky but potentially life-saving option for those bitten by zombies. They claim that humans can live as "Revenants" by abandoning their human identity, appearance, and abilities. In a matter of life and death, players must decide whether to take this chance or continue fighting as humans.
