The Comcast Business App is an all-in-one tool designed for Comcast Business customers to manage their accounts on the go. With streamlined navigation and an intuitive layout, the app makes it easier than ever to manage account details, view upcoming service appointments, pay bills, enroll in Auto Pay and Paperless Billing, manage WiFi networks, and set up notifications for billing and service requests. Customers can also troubleshoot technical issues and access Comcast Business Support. The app is available to Business Internet, Business TV, Business Voice, Business Voice Mobility, Business VoiceEdge™, and/or Business VoiceEdge Select™ customers, and features will vary depending on services. Comcast Business Voice Mobility, Business VoiceEdge®, and Business VoiceEdge Select™ customers have additional features available through the app. They can easily host conference calls for up to 50 participants (Business VoiceEdge® customers only), view recent calls, listen to and manage voicemail, and customize greetings. Outgoing calls through the app display the business phone number on caller IDs, and calls can be quickly transferred to colleagues or third parties. Customers can also forward calls to their home, mobile phone, or colleagues with Call Forwarding, move active calls to Be Anywhere devices and desk phones, and manage security settings.
