It is designed for touch, type, and pen, allowing users to write or draw as smoothly as they would with ink. Users can even type in text, add sticky notes or notes grid to express their ideas, and use reactions to visually communicate their thoughts. Microsoft Whiteboard enhances teamwork by allowing all team members to edit the canvas in real-time, no matter where they are. The touch-first interface of Microsoft Whiteboard frees users' ideas from the keyboard, and the intelligent inking technology transforms their doodles into great-looking shapes and lines that can be copied, pasted, and combined with other objects. The infinite canvas provides ample space for imagination to grow, and users can draw, type, add a sticky note or a notes grid, and move them around. Microsoft Whiteboard brings every member of a team together working from their own devices across the globe. On the Whiteboard canvas, users can see what their teammates are doing in real-time and start collaborating on the same area. The brainstorming sessions are saved automatically to the Microsoft cloud, so users can pick up where they left off, whenever and wherever inspiration strikes next. Microsoft Whiteboard has several new features, including a streamlined user experience, a creation gallery, 40+ customizable templates, reactions, copy/paste, object alignment, format background, ink arrows, and ink effect pens. Users can now log in using their personal (Microsoft) accounts, which has been a strong customer ask since the launch of the Android Preview App. The modern look and feel of Microsoft Whiteboard maximizes users' canvas space and provides a highly discoverable, simple way of finding and using objects and features in the application.
